Reflection

Image 1; First I took the image with my hand an added on the other image of the dandelions and made sure it covered my whole hand. And cropped out the area that wasn't my hand. I had to zoom really close to get all the little creases.

Image 2: I didn't edit it. I thought it looked pretty without an edit.

Image 3: Made it black an white. Really wasn't much to edit on this image.

Image 4: First I took the image of the rocks and merged the two photos together. I tried to make the rocks more noticeable because it stands out more. And the grass was a good touch to the image because it goes together with the rocks.

Image 5: Well this one was really difficult. I had to crop each image and make them all different but from the same image. The idea is to merge all the cropped photos and turn them into one photo to create the photo you cropped.

David Hockney

He was known to be the most influential British artists of the 20th Century.

He was also known for cropping images and merging them together to make one image. The reason behind the "Joiners" photos was to show the varied exposures of the individual photographs that make up each collage to  give each work a fluidity and movement. Or otherwise might not be found. Hockney was also known for his inspirational quotes.

My Favorite Photo

Because I thought it was a good experiance to work on and learn how to merge photos and crop them and just learn new techniques.
